  • Daily spend some time in relaxing activities – like music, gardening, reading a book, watching a movie, spending time with people you like, with family, etc
  • Take deep breath.
  • Take a good stretch.
  • Take a hot shower.
  • Massage the tense muscles.
  • Think Positive.
  • Remember the things that are good in life.
  • Be optimistic, Don’t be pessimistic.
  • Your attitude and aptitude changes your altitude.
  • Change yourself to help yourself.
